Teesoutdoors exists to show it is possible to have authentic adventures in a solid safety framework exploring new, fresh and challenging activites that inspire engage and exite participants, there will be some uncertainty and a chance of failure but ultimately the experiences should be positive, memorable and meaningful.

Diane & Dave Hopwood launched Teesoutdoors in 2008, it is a Community Interest Company based in the River Tees valley. Our aim is to offer a personal touch, providing high quality adventure activity that is accessible and affordable.

EXPERT SAFETY, QUALITY and STANDARDS backed up by national accreditation.   
Accredited to provide leadership assessments & training by governing bodies & qualified to advise on safety issues, we are led very highly qualified professional staff and management, we are also inspected, licenced & registered with these government organisations  HSE, ICO, DBS, FSA, OTC.

Our programmes include everyone, of all and any abilties or needs. we actively work with participating individuals, leaders and groups to make certain your adventures are approriate, relevant and real.

EXCLUSIVE, BESPOKE, CLIENT FOCUS HIGH STAFF RATIO
We only take one booking at a time, of 30 guests in groups of 10 or less. and all will be managed by Dave supported by Mike, Diane & one or two of our supporting core team, your programme will be our sole focus.

We work in partnership with you, other stakeholders, providers and organisations to deliver personalised specific, tailored, adventure programme to the highest standards.

COMMUNITY VALUE, INVESTMENT

As a CIC we charge you what it costs us to run an activity and sustain the project. the fees are costed directly and we use local commuity resources reinvesting in other community organisations. our charges are transparent, and we cover activities, travel, and accomodation.

Community support

We support youth projects and charitable organisations throughout our community to facilitate outdoor  programmes and development activities. We provide technical advice , activity delivery, specialist support and resources. Organisations we support include local businesses, authorities, colleges and charities.
