Launched in 2008, as a non-profit Community Interest Company. Our aim is to offer a personal touch, respond to your needs, and by providing high quality advanced leadership and coach skills, support your personal adventure journey in an appropriate, accessible and enjoyable way.

EXPERT Qualifications, SAFETY, QUALITY and STANDARDS backed up by national accreditation.   
David is a Fellow of the Institute For Outdoor Learning (FIOL). Advanced outdoor leader, accredited to provide leadership assessments & training by governing bodies & qualified to advise on safety issues, we are also inspected, licenced & registered with five key government organisations  (HSE, ICO, DBS, FSA, OTC). Insurance is with the market leader, costly but reassuring.

Teesoutdoors has  an HSE accredited Adventure Activities Licence. Hill & Mountain Walking, Abseiling, Climbing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Paddleboaring & Giant SUP, This can be verified here.

Our programmes include everyone, of all and any abilties or needs. we actively work with participating individuals, leaders and groups to make certain your adventures are approriate, relevant and real. from easy chilled days to advanced environments we support your progression and development

INDIVIDUAL, BESPOKE, CLIENT FOCUS.
We take one booking at a time, your group will be directly managed and led by Dave & Diane with one or two core team members, throughout your time with us your programme and experience will be our sole focus. For larger groups a network of specialists with their own accreditations can be called on for support.

We work in partnership with you, other stakeholders, providers and organisations to deliver personalised specific, tailored, adventure programme to the highest standards. by communicating and reviewing expectiations your experience will be pitched at a level that is appropriate and adaptable.

As a CIC fees are costed directly and we use local community resources reinvesting in other community organisations.
Minibuses YES. we have 2x MiniBus permits and Local Authority Clearance for 9 seaters
Catering YES we have a National 5* food Hygiene rating for our residential and expedition kitchens.

Safety YES we have an HSE Adventure activities licence and top quality insurance.

Community support

We support youth projects and charitable organisations throughout our community to facilitate outdoor  programmes and development activities. We provide technical advice , activity delivery, specialist support and resources. Organisations we support include local businesses, authorities, colleges and charities.
