Booking – terms and conditions


Substitution All groups can swap members at any time prior to the start of an activity as long as they have parental consent and medical forms. They must also meet any awarding body requirements  if these apply.


Pastoral Care and Medical consent

Organizations with their own adult supervisors accompanying the group can use their own medical forms, Their leaders take general responsibility for health issues. Teesoutdoors requires that our leaders are informed of all declared conditions

Organizations to have parental consent for activities with Teesoutdoors & to share information Teesoutdoors insists on our medical forms whenever we are in sole charge. .


Cancellation by clients

Cancellations need to be confirmed in writing to Teesoutdoors .

The following charges will apply to cancellations:

⦁ Cancellation more than three months before the course date Deposit / no charge

⦁ Cancellation between 1 & 3 months before the course date 50% Charge

⦁ Cancellation less than 1 month to the start of the course Full cost


Cancellation by TEESOUTDOORS

In the unlikely event of your course having to be cancelled we will advise you as soon as this change is known. We will offer alternative dates or, at your request, a refund, less the cost of any materials already supplied to you.


Invoicing You will be invoiced from accounts@teesoutdoors.co.uk and can address all finance queries to that email; we expect all invoices to be paid within 30 days and in full at least one month before an activity programme.


Payment plans will be based on the 4 points below.

1  Up to 6 months in advance deposit invoice  as agreed.

2  Four months 50% balance invoice, payment falls due 3 months before event

3  Two months prior final invoice, with full payment due 1 month before event.

4. Post event, any outstanding balances due to last minute changes, based on prior arrangement.


Data Protection &GDPR

Any clients or participants’ details are stored by Teesoutdoors for the purpose of recording attendance on courses, providing statistical information and maintaining individual training records. Apart from awarding and accrediting bodies for qualifications and law enforcement, We do not share your details with any other organization.
